Finding Solutions
The focus of mediation is on finding solutions that will meet the parties’ concerns. The mediator will not decide concerning who is at fault in the dispute.
Since the mediator does not adjudicate on the dispute, parties have full control over the outcome of the dispute.
They can agree on legal and non-legal solutions that are forward-looking and suited to their interests and needs.
In the event of a non-settlement, the process of mediation often brings added clarity to the scope and nature of the dispute.
This can help to streamline any ensuing litigation or arbitration proceedings.

We are accredited by Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) and by International Mediation Institute (IMI)
ARBITRATION
We have experience with Arbitration proceedings in Singapore, Hong Kong, London and Kuala Lumpur as well as other international arbitration centres.
Built Up Knowledge
We have built up knowledge regarding the specific standards, usages as well as what specific procedural rules are applicable to such arbitration cases.
We litigate in cases in English, Chinese and Malay with arbitrators from both common law and civil law jurisdictions.
